Availability

Rates include bed linen, central heating and towels (one bath and hand towel per guest, a towel for the cloakroom and a bath mat).  We also provide tea towels.

Normal changeover day is Friday – arrival from 3pm.

Please note that we charge a security deposit of £100 which is normally fully refundable 7 to 14 days post the end of your stay.  We do not normally charge for minor damage and breakages.
